Freeze dried strawberries are mixed with melted white chocolate and spread over the semi-sweet chocolate layer. Another layer of melted white chocolate is added, and the top is garnished with banana chips, dried cherries, and dried pineapple. The bark is chilled until set, then broken into smaller pieces. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
